What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges will be shown in Cart or upon Checkout as postal code is entered.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Pay-Pal, credit cards, and cheques (must clear before products are shipped).
How long will delivery take?
For our normally stocked products we try to ship the next business day. As we are a small shop, when we have unexpectedly heavy traffic, it does take a little more time. For custom orders you will receive a proof for your approval within 3 business days after we recieve the necessary information for your project, once we receive your approval we will begin manufacture of your product and ship within seven business days. For large orders up to 2500 pieces we ship within 3 weeks. Larger orders, we will notify you of process time. These orders can be divided into smaller shipments if necessary (usually applies to wholesale customers who need to replenish stock).
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All financial transactions are completed by secure third party. We do not have access to your financial information. See also privacy information in the "site information" section.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will be e-mailed an invoice shortly after your order is received.
How do Custom Orders work?
As long as it is in two dimensions (flat, length by width) we can bring your ideas to life. Order an existing package or Contact us for pricing on your ideas. Once your order has been made we will begin doing the graphic design for your project. We will send you a digital proof for your approval in case adjustments or corrections are necessary. We do not process your order until you have approved it.  Please be certain that we have your correct e-mail address. Once you let us know your proof is acceptable we will begin processing your order.  
How are large Custom Orders processed?
You will be e-mailed an invoice after your order is made. We will invoice for approximately 30% of your project. You will be sent a link to the secure checkout on our site. (https://lowmanlogworks.com/ includes checkout order page link) Once your product is ready to ship we will send an invoicce for the balance.
